WARNING: SCAM, FRAUD & HARASSMENT AT LIHMIL KERNERSVILLE! I had a traumatizing experience here today. This business engages in "bait-and-switch" scams and intimidates customers.The Flower Scam: I ordered premium flowers (Wans Roses and Pin Up roses). They didn't have them in stock but tried to force cheap substitutes (Mandarin XP and regular roses) on me while still charging a premium price of over $175. Unprofessional Staff: When I refused, the female employee aggressively insisted that Pin Up and Mandarin XP were the exact same thing, just named differently by farms. She mockingly asked me: "So how exactly are they different?" and threatened to cancel my order. False Accusation Setup: A young Mexican man ( the lady claiming to be the owner) escorted me out. To cover up their scam, he suddenly started screaming loudly, "Don't touch me! Do not touch me!" in front of bystanders and pointed at the security camera to provoke me.This was a calculated lie and malicious defamation. I never touched him. The CCTV footage will prove my innocence. Avoid this place at all costs!

I’ve been going to Lihmil for about 4 years now and they are the best! I always feel welcomed and their customer service is always excellent. Whenever i have questions they’re always very attentive and very helpful. If i ever have a complaint (which is rare) they are quick to find a solution. They have a very diverse selection of florals every week and usually always have what i need. Quality is always amazing as well!! Even during holidays I’ve noticed they take the time to make sure all their clients are taken care of. And i always recommend them to local florist in my area, as they are the best!

Wanted to come on here and give a review on these amazing flowers called sweet unique &’ Lihmil in general . The flowers themselves are good quality not squishy or dead very firm and beautiful definitely a color I enjoyed working with. I have been going to Lihmil for quite some time now , and since I start coming it has always been a great experience not only from the fresh flowers I always get but from the team , Rob &’ Lizbeth have always been super professional and helpful and don’t make you feel dumb when you’re asking for help , also Maria has helped me and is the sweetest. With that being said I genuinely recommend coming to get your blooms here you won’t regret it ☺️

I am a professional florist and have been a customer of LIHMIL for several years. While their product quality is generally good and returns are standard for the industry, I am writing this as a serious warning regarding their billing and management practices. If you order from this company, keep every receipt and pay ONLY with cash or card. Do not allow them to keep a payment method on file. I previously had a credit on my account, yet I began seeing random amounts drafted from my bank account without my authorization. When I spoke to Norma about this, she was incredibly rude, dismissed the payment plan I had established with my salesman, and told me, 'I am the boss.' Despite my attempts to resolve it, they continued to draft money from my account multiple times and eventually claimed I was in default by over $1,000. After gathering my bank statements and receipts—which proved they were making duplicate drafts—I went to their location. While one accountant was initially dismissive and laughed at the situation, a second accountant investigated and confirmed that LIHMIL was at fault. My account was marked as paid, and they admitted my company was one of their larger clients in the ar
